📋 Description

• Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance backend applications with a strong
• Design and develop Kubernetes Operators using Go and the Operator SDK, implementing them as robust
• Own backend solutions throughout their lifecycle, from technical architecture and implementation
• Develop RESTful architectures and server-side services that can support complex workloads while
• Design and implement high-availability architectures and disaster recovery strategies to improve
• Manage and support containerized environments using Kubernetes and, where relevant, Docker Swarm

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional backend development experience, including at least 5 years of hands-on
• Previous experience as a Tech Lead, Team Lead, or in a comparable technical leadership position.
• Strong production experience working with Kubernetes and understanding container orchestration in
• Hands-on experience developing Kubernetes Operators using Go and the Operator SDK.
• Strong backend architecture skills, including experience designing RESTful services, microservices
