Tech Recruiter

📋 Description

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical roles from intake to offer close.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and interview plans.
• Build and execute sourcing strategies to generate pipelines, focus on passive talent.
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience with timely comms and feedback.
• ATS administration (Ashby), including job setup and interview workflows.
• Track and report on hiring metrics to inform decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in a technical recruiting capacity with 4+ total years.
• General understanding of engineering and data science roles.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements.
• Own the full recruiting lifecycle independently.
• Proficiency with recruiting tools (ATS, CRM, Sourcing); Ashby a plus.
• Based in NYC with ability to work out of Flatiron office 2 days/week.
