• Own full-cycle recruiting for tech and non-tech roles in Türkiye.
• Design and improve TA processes, frameworks, and tooling.
• Partner with hiring managers to build proactive talent pipelines.

• Stay current on Turkey’s tech/fintech market trends.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, BA, Psychology, or related field.
• 2+ years in talent acquisition with tech/fintech leadership experience.
• Proven track record recruiting for highly technical IT roles.
• Able to build or improve a recruiting function; a builder.
• Strong sourcing, ATS, and analytics; data-driven decisions.
• Advanced English; fluent Turkish; Turkish labor law; Claude/LLM tools.
