Technical Account Manager

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end technical onboarding for new customers and resellers
• Build and maintain onboarding documentation and self-serve setup guides
• Collaborate with HR, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Security, Legal, Privacy &amp
• Act as the main technical escalation point for customers and resellers
• Lead pre-sales activities such as IT and security questionnaires and technical conversations

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in a technical account management, implementation, solutions engineering, or technical
• Experience with AI prompt engineering
• Experience with API/integration work
• Experience with AI solutions setup and configuration
• Familiarity with cloud computing and distributed systems
