• 5+ years core tech troubleshooting; 2+ years enterprise SaaS account management.
• Willing to travel up to 25%; comfortable with EMEA time zones.
• Technical Chameleon: digest complex architectures and simplify for execs.
• Web Tech Fluent: JS, CSS, HTML; RESTful APIs; OAuth 2.0 & SAML.
• SQL queries; iPaaS (Workato, Zapier); BI tools (Snowflake/Tableau/Looker) — two.
• Process-driven strategist; proactive ownership and release readiness testing.
