๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Be the designated TAM for strategic customers (9amโ€“6pm CT Central).
  • Resolve complex technical issues with high business impact.
  • Provide proactive guidance to use Twilio tech and reduce downtime.
  • Collaborate with customers' developers/partners and file JIRAs for bugs.
  • Analyze customer trends, propose improvements, and report to management.
  • Stay calm under load; prioritize effectively; holiday coverage possible (stipend).

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 4 to 6+ years of relevant experience.
  • Strong RESTful APIs knowledge; troubleshoot cloud solutions.
  • Server-side: Java, Node.js, PHP, C#, Python; client-side: JavaScript with React/Redux.
  • Experience with scripting languages (JavaScript, Node.js, Python) and familiarity with React.
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity (TCP/UDP) and SSL/TLS basics; collaborate with customer developers.
  • Clear communication to explain complex issues to technical and non-technical audiences.
