📋 Description

• Advertise on technical support and product adoption with pre/post-sales and renewals
• Analyze customers' IT Operations and provide recommendations to maximize value
• Be the customer’s advocate; align goals and suggest adoption, configuration, and features
• Prepare for monthly/quarterly business reviews with customers
• Collaborate with product mgmt, engineering, and services to identify features
• Evolve best practices for product adoption and customer success

🎯 Requirements

• Solid technical grounding and hands-on IT Operations experience
• Cloud experience with AWS, Azure or GCP
• Scripting: Python, Javascript, Ruby, Perl, Go, PHP
• CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitLab
• Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes, Rancher
• Travel up to 30% of the time
• TAM experience with mid-market/enterprise cloud customers
• Experienced with Datadog or other cloud monitoring tools
