Technical Account Manager

📋 Description

• Own a focused portfolio of restaurant clients; build trusted relationships with key stakeholders
• Grow account value through consultative conversations; identify opportunities to increase
• Monitor customer health, usage, order performance, adoption, and engagement signals; act early on
• Own the Success escalation pipeline into Support and Product; investigate issues, provide
• Act as the technical bridge for the Strategic Account Management team; support issues beyond own
• Use Salesforce, Looker, Flipdish Portal, customer health scores, QBRs, and data to diagnose

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in technical account management, Strategic Account Management, Customer Success
• Combine commercial account ownership with strong technical troubleshooting instincts
• Understand commercial drivers of retention, churn prevention, upsell, product adoption, and account
• Manage a portfolio of accounts while helping the wider team resolve urgent or complex technical
• Communicate clearly and translate technical detail into practical customer impact
• Highly organised with strong documentation habits and follow-through across vesting actions
