📋 Description

• Become a trusted technical partner for customers across APAC.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Support and Solutions Delivery teams to meet customer
• Specialize in Trustonic Platform, with focus on device locking, OEM integration, secure firmware
• Travel 25–40% for customer meetings, trade shows and events.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Technical Account Management, Customer Success Engineering, Solutions Engineering or
• Proven experience managing technical relationships with strategic customers.
• Experience in smartphone/mobile/telecoms or SaaS ecosystems; strong API integration experience.
• Experience with OEM integration, software update management and device security.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
