Technical Account Manager

📋 Description

• Perform test flights with drones (primarily DJI) to verify sensor performance, such as RF sensors
• Configure drones for automated circle flights and analyze server data to ensure sensors and IP
• Achieve expertise in Dedrone technologies including DedroneTracker.AI C2 — cloud, on-prem, and
• Serve as the primary technical liaison between Dedrone and the customer program office and
• Participate in operational and technical meetings with the customer, ensuring effective
• Build and maintain an internal Axon / Dedrone network to support both the customer-facing team and

🎯 Requirements

• EU citizenship for security clearance purposes
• Fluent in English
• 5+ years of experience in an IT, network engineering, RF / sensor field engineering, or technical
• Proven track record of managing customer relationships and technical projects successfully.
• Ability to work autonomously to meet objectives with minimal oversight, particularly when embedded
• Robust IT background, with working knowledge of: Linux and Ubuntu - SSH; Network administration
