Technical Account Manager

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for a portfolio of sales-led merchants
• Lead regular technical reviews with merchants
• Support new merchant onboarding and guide customers through GoCardless API and webhook integrations
• Identify and resolve integration issues early, coordinating with internal Engineering and Product
• Act as a trusted technical adviser during merchants’ digital transformations
• Monitor integration health across merchant portfolio and drive technical remediation plans

🎯 Requirements

• 3 to 5 years in a technical role with direct customer-facing responsibility (Technical Account
• Solid working knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON; confident reading and interpreting API
• Experience supporting merchants or customers through complex technical integrations, ideally in a
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Organised and self-directed, with ability to manage a portfolio of accounts simultaneously
