Technical Account Manager

📋 Description

• Provide technical consultation and assistance with architecture design
• Develop and maintain deep expertise in DigitalOcean product portfolio and cloud ecosystem
• Help design, diagram, plan infrastructure architectures tailored to customer use cases
• Conduct technical consultation sessions and workshops
• Maintain knowledge of cloud best practices and technologies through certifications and coursework
• Manage and maintain DigitalOcean's key accounts

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in cloud infrastructure and deep knowledge of Linux, distributed systems, and
• Programming or development experience with basic skills in at least one mainstream language (e.g.
• Understanding of provisioning and deployment strategies, with knowledge of tools like Terraform
• Proficiency with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure)
