Technical Account Manager

📋 Description

• Guide customers in AI-driven workflows across the Discover–Define–Deliver lifecycle.
• Recommend and architect integration strategies using Miro APIs, WebSDK & MCP.
• Provide guidance on embedding Miro into customers' systems and workflows.
• Monitor platform health, engagement, usage, and feature adoption.
• Deliver insight-driven recommendations to deepen adoption of Miro’s AI capabilities.
• Equip internal champions to scale adoption across departments, regions and teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in consulting, TAM, forward deployed engineering, or enterprise SaaS.
• Strong fluency with APIs, integrations, and enterprise IT ecosystems.
• Lead workflow optimization, platform adoption, and large-scale change.
• Experience with AI, prompt engineering, and agentic workflows; MCP & low/no-code a plus.
• Expertise in platform analytics to drive data-informed decisions.
• Facilitate executive discussions and cross-functional workshops.
