📋 Description

  • Own a portfolio of enterprise podcast publishers and serve as their primary contact.
  • Guide partners through onboarding, migrations, launches, and feature adoption.
  • Build trusted relationships with publisher stakeholders and maximize value.
  • Monitor account health, identify risks early, and improve adoption and retention.
  • Translate publisher feedback into insights and work with Product/Engineering teams.
  • Develop scalable onboarding and engagement programs across markets.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in technical account management or similar client-facing role.
  • Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships with business and tech audiences.
  • Ability to build trust with partners and drive outcomes via proactive communication.
  • Strong understanding of platform products; translate tech concepts to non-tech audiences.
  • Data-driven, able to identify trends and guide strategic partner conversations.
  • Experience with podcast hosting, distribution, or monetization platforms (e.g., Megaphone).
