📋 Description

• Align with Customer Success to build client roadmaps
• Be trusted advisor on technical topics from performance to Pigment concepts
• Run audits on clients' workspaces
• Enrich and maintain the Success Plan to uphold standards
• Collaborate with Product & R&D to identify product opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in technical, client-facing roles (solutions architecture, consulting)
• Able to engage with admins to C-suite with credibility
• Builder's curiosity about AI; using AI tools to advise
• Track record leading several parallel projects with stakeholders
• EPM modeling experience or strong appetite to go deep
• Familiar with finance processes (SPM, supply chain, workforce) and SQL/APIs
