Technical Account Manager - Strategic Accounts

📋 Description

• Act as the primary technical and relationship contact for Deliverect's largest global accounts.
• Partner with Sales during QBRs to translate tech into business outcomes.
• Identify expansion opportunities (modules/integrations) to grow Net New MRR.
• Track SLA performance; flag risk early and drive timely resolution.
• Lead issue management with Support; run root-cause analyses and escalate when needed.
• Query and analyze health data with SQL and lightweight scripting to deliver insights.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years in TAM/solutions engineering or tech support within enterprise SaaS.
• Experience reading logs, diagnosing API/webhook failures, and debugging with Eng.
• SQL proficiency for data queries, SLA tracking, and trend identification.
• Python or JavaScript for scripting lightweight diagnostics.
• Strong communication and stakeholder mgmt; translate tech to business.
