Technical Accounting & Financial Reporting Manager

📋 Description

• Prepare and/or review financial statements, supporting work papers, and disclosure checklists to
• Serve as a key point of contact for the external audit
• Own key quarterly and annual financial reporting controls, ensuring they operate effectively and
• Own the review of complex, judgment-heavy areas, including but not limited to commissions, as part
• Own technical accounting research on complex and non-recurring transactions, applying GAAP and
• Own the evaluation and adoption of new accounting standards, and the ongoing development and

🎯 Requirements

• Big 4 experience (or similar technical accounting advisory background)
• CPA certification (or equivalent)
• Deep understanding of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements (including ASC 230, ASC 260, ASC
• Experience researching FASB Accounting Standards Codification and Big 4 interpretive guidance
• Experience supporting financial reporting controls and external audits
• Strong technical, analytical, and communication skills
