Technical Accounting & Financial Reporting Manager

📋 Description

• Lead technical accounting analysis and documentation for complex and non-routine transactions
• Assess consolidation requirements under ASC 810, including variable interest entity (VIE)
• Evaluate revenue recognition matters under ASC 606, including multi-element arrangements
• Analyze lease accounting under ASC 842, particularly for data centers, equipment, and build-to-suit
• Assess accounting treatment for construction and capital projects, including capitalization
• Support accounting for business combinations, investments, and strategic transactions, including

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• 7–10 years of relevant accounting experience, with experience at a Big Four or national public
• Strong preference for experience in a publicly traded company environment.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP, with substantial experience applying ASC 606 revenue recognition and
• Demonstrated expertise in ASC 810 consolidation guidance, including identifying variable interests
• Experience analyzing complex transactions involving mergers and acquisitions, financing
