Technical Accounting Manager

📋 Description

• Evaluate the accounting treatment for complex and non-routine transactions (e.g., debt and equity
• Research US GAAP and SEC regulations, draft clear and authoritative technical accounting
• Prepare, review, and coordinate financial statements and footnote disclosures for external SEC
• Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Sales Operations, and Procurement to review non-standard
• Lead technical accounting discussions and coordination for quarterly reviews and annual audits
• Prepare and review monthly/quarterly reconciliation schedules, journal entries, and variance

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including Big 4 public accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Active CPA license (or equivalent).
• Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting regulations.
• Proven track record of drafting comprehensive technical accounting memos and disclosures.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, project management, and organizational abilities.
