Technical Analyst

📋 Description

• Support IT infrastructure projects involving server builds, migrations, technical analysis
• Work directly with Windows Server environments and provide technical troubleshooting and issue
• Assist with infrastructure assessments and technical analysis to support project planning and
• Contribute to application mapping and the documentation of infrastructure components
• Coordinate technical activities and follow-ups across project services, operations teams, and
• Support infrastructure migration initiatives, including data center and server-related activities

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience working directly with Windows servers
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong documentation abilities and attention to technical detail
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with storage, networking, and core infrastructure security is a plus
