Technical Configuration Manager

📋 Description

• Build and maintain the configuration item list across the full V-model, keeping requirements
• Run change management in Jira, coordinating reviews, defining review checklists and state
• Establish and maintain consistent baselines across Jira, GitHub, Jama Connect, Enterprise
• Support requirements management, including requirements structures, attributes, traceability
• Partner with engineering teams and process owners to identify gaps, maintain configuration status

🎯 Requirements

• Automotive experience and have helped establish a full development lifecycle end-to-end, working
• Proven configuration and change management experience, including configuration item lists
• Proactive, organise work effectively and can drive implementation largely independently, taking
• Communicate clearly and confidently across engineering teams and are comfortable holding the line
• Pragmatic and can adapt established automotive practices to Wayve’s context, defining the right
• Familiar with modern engineering toolchains such as Git/GitHub, Jira, Jama Connect or equivalent
