Technical Consultant

📋 Description

• Help evaluate, pilot, and operationalize emerging technologies including AI-enabled workflows
• Provide onsite, hands-on solution enablement across a broad range of Esri technologies
• Operate as an extension of a customer's GIS team and Esri Program Team to accelerate progress and
• Drive organizational alignment and adoption of innovative ArcGIS capabilities and AI-enabled
• Engage directly with strategic customer's GIS teams to understand requirements and support
• Act as a technical liaison and facilitate reach-back coordination with the established Esri Program

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in GIS technical support, system administration, technical
• 3+ years of professional experience with ArcGIS Enterprise architecture, configuration
• Proven experience working with enterprise geodatabases, data management workflows, and database
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues, evaluate technical solutions, and
• Strong communication and consulting skills with the ability to influence technical direction and
• Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly, including cloud and AI-enabled capabilities, and
