Technical Customer Success Manager

📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of customers using one or more APIs, with a focus on Net Revenue Retention
• Develop customer success plans with clear objectives, priorities, milestones, and next steps.
• Lead regular customer meetings and proactively maintain engagement to keep projects progressing.
• Understand customers' products, business models, and technical requirements, recommending suitable
• Troubleshoot technical issues, coordinate resolutions, and maintain ownership until customer

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in Technical Customer Success, Account Management, Technical Account
• Experience working with APIs or data products, or a background in technical roles, product

• Strong customer leadership skills, including the ability to ask effective questions, identify
