📋 Description

• Lead the complete delivery lifecycle of technology projects and programs, from discovery and
• Translate business objectives and technical requirements into actionable delivery plans
• Coordinate multiple technical and business workstreams, including engineering, product
• Work closely with engineering and architecture leaders to assess technical complexity, validate
• Establish and maintain delivery governance, integrated schedules, project documentation, decision
• Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, assumptions, actions, dependencies, technical debt

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technical delivery management, program management, or project leadership
• Strong understanding of application architecture, enterprise applications, APIs, integrations
• Proven experience managing complex technology initiatives throughout the entire delivery lifecycle
• Ability to guide engineering teams, facilitate technical decisions, challenge estimates and
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple teams and stakeholders across engineering, product
• Hands-on experience with backlog management, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews
