📋 Description

• Diagnose why campaigns underperform; propose data fixes.
• Build/refine Excel and Sheets models for decisions.
• Audit campaigns at scale; surface patterns across locations.
• Pull, clean, and analyze data from Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and internal platform.
• Operationalize new analytical workflows, including AI tooling.
• Contribute to internal projects to speed up the team.

🎯 Requirements

• Current student or recent graduate with quantitative coursework.
• Strong Excel skills: pivots, lookups, logic, and modeling.
• Basic code literacy: read SQL, Python, or JavaScript.
• Comfort with AI tools daily.
• Sharp written communication; explain takeaways concisely.
• Detail-oriented; self-directed; catches things others miss.
