📋 Description

• Plan, own, and oversee technical project architectures, implementations, and deployments; Monitor
• Align with clients' technical departments on needs, capabilities, and governance; Step in as
• Assess briefs with leadership, present technology and processes in client pitch scenarios, and
• Formulate short- and long-term project strategies, approve technical standards, identify/mitigate
• Oversee and liaise with external subcontractors and technical partners covering hardware/software
• Provide line management for a developer cohort in project teams (including freelance/contract

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years minimum experience in a technical lead or director capacity.
• Demonstrable experience in delivering 3D applications and Gaussian splatting.
• Thorough understanding of 3D Realtime core concepts and AI development best practices.
• Thorough knowledge of end-to-end software development lifecycles from design to deployment.
• Specialist knowledge in web technologies, Unity, AR/VR/interactive software, and mobile platforms
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly translate complex tech
