Technical Enablement Manager

📋 Description

• Design and deliver technical enablement content and live demos for field teams.
• Support Armis Ignite onboarding for Customer Success new hires.
• Create training content using PowerPoint, Articulate Rise, and Camtasia.
• Organize live training events and present to audiences up to 400.
• Build enablement strategies for product releases and technical initiatives.
• Communicate with stakeholders and learners across enablement programs.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in technical enablement or technical training within cybersecurity.
• Prior field experience as a Solution Consultant, CSM, or TAM in B2B SaaS.
• Strong cybersecurity domain expertise and enterprise SaaS knowledge.
• Proficiency with authoring tools like Articulate Rise and Camtasia.
• Experience with LMS/CMS platforms and project management tools.
• Leadership skills to gain buy-in from cross-functional teams.
