🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, or equivalent experience, with at least 4 years
• Packaging engineering experience in a regulated consumer goods or manufacturing environment (food
• Proven experience in efficiency, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with packaging equipment such as flow wrappers, combination scales, bag
• Working knowledge of packaging materials, substrates, and sealing technologies.
• Experience managing projects through IQ/OQ/PQ validation and technical transfers.
