📋 Description

• Develop deep technical expertise; lead critical escalation resolutions.
• Run office hours, deliver trainings, mentor GSE team globally.
• Own APM investigations: traces, dependencies, instrumentation behavior.
• Validate backend behavior; flag instrumentation gaps with Eng/Product.
• Build reusable tooling and trace analysis workflows for APM.
• Lead global enablement to raise APM fluency across teams.
