📋 Description

• Become expert on usage metering and cloud cost management.
• Lead escalations around usage spikes, metering data, and billing issues.
• Partner with Product, Eng, and Finance to improve usage visibility and billing fairness.
• Build internal guides, tooling, diagnostics, playbooks, and customer content.
• Enable the global Solutions team with trainings and scalable resources.
• Voice of the customer to influence visibility and cost management roadmap.

🎯 Requirements

• Curious and detail-oriented on usage measurement, attribution, and billing.
• Passion for helping customers optimize cloud spend and cost drivers.
• Familiar with cloud billing models (AWS, Azure, GCP) and API data.
• Comfortable analyzing telemetry and translating volume to cost impact.
• Skilled with APIs, usage metrics, tagging, and multi-org setups.
• Able to work across technical and business teams and communicate impact.
