📋 Description

• Lead the Technology GRC programme, maintaining Tech’s overall compliance posture
• Provide a centralized view of risks, controls, and audit findings
• Integrate GRC priorities into the core Technology roadmap
• Serve as primary liaison between Technology and internal/external oversight bodies (Internal Audit
• Represent Technology at risk committees with data-driven reporting on KPIs, risk positions, and
• Manage and triage incoming audit, risk, and compliance inquiries across Technology and Engineering

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in IT/Cybersecurity GRC, IT Risk, or IT Audit, ideally in regulated environment (financial
• Proven track record of independently leading technology audits and risk programmes
• Practical working knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, and IT General Controls (ITGCs)
• Solid technical grounding in cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure), IAM, CI/CD pipelines, secure SDLC
• Executive presence with ability to present complex risk metrics to committees
• High diplomatic assertiveness in stakeholder management
