Technical Implementation Manager

📋 Description

• Lead as trusted technical partner for a major public safety customer in the Netherlands.
• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and day-to-day continuity across Axon ecosystem.
• Coordinate with customers, Axon teams, and partners to ensure successful deployments and governance.
• Support adoption, readiness, and evolution of Axon platform within the customer environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Dutch fluency and professional English (spoken/written).
• 5+ years in Technical Account Management, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, or similar.
• Proven enterprise customer relationship management in large organisations.
• Experience with government/public safety or regulated industries preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management across technical teams and leadership.
