Technical Integration Manager

📋 Description

• Own technical customer relationships throughout implementation, launch, troubleshooting, and
• Guide customers from signed agreements through successful technical implementation and live hotel
• Troubleshoot customer issues and determine whether they stem from product limitations, integration
• Work directly with customer technical stakeholders to diagnose problems, explain solutions clearly
• Partner closely with Product and Engineering teams to communicate recurring customer pain points
• Help establish repeatable processes for technical onboarding, integration support, and customer

🎯 Requirements

• Strong professional experience working with APIs, technical integrations, and modern software
• Experience owning or supporting technical relationships with enterprise customers across
• Hands-on experience with technical troubleshooting, onboarding, pre-sales, post-sales, or
• Ability to translate complex technical issues into clear explanations for engineers, product teams
• Sound judgment in determining when to troubleshoot independently, challenge an approach, escalate
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and taking ownership in a fast-moving environment with limited
