📋 Description

• Guide customers through technical onboarding and integration, helping them connect their websites
• Provide technical guidance on REST APIs, web services, integration best practices, and relevant
• Troubleshoot integration issues, investigate technical challenges, and collaborate with customer
• Assist customers with product catalog configuration, including catalog data uploads, facets
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal technical teams, responding promptly to inquiries

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in a customer support or technical support role, preferably involving
• Working knowledge of REST-based web services, APIs, and common integration principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts
