Technical Lead (Backend) - AI Scheduling

📋 Description

• Lead technical initiatives from discovery to delivery
• Design and deliver scalable, high-quality backend services
• Mentor engineers across seniority levels
• Collaborate with Product and Design to estimate solutions
• Explore new technologies and AI tooling for the SDLC
• Champion engineering standards and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in CS or equivalent
• 6+ years software dev, 2+ years senior engineer
• API design experience (REST & RPC) with protobuf, gRPC, OpenAPI
• Experience with microservices, Docker, ECS, Lambda, SQS, Kinesis
• Experience with MySQL, Redis, DynamoDB, S3; Elasticsearch desirable
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration
