Technical Lead Manager

📋 Description

• Build the AI connector framework that generates, tests, and repairs connectors.
• Integrate AI into every workflow: design, review, testing, production debugging.
• Lead development of platform services and database connectors for mission-critical data pipelines.
• Own pipelines into modern data stack destinations like Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, and Apache
• Embed observability, reliability, security, and auditability as defaults.
• Solve hard problems: exactly-once delivery, multi-tenancy, and mid-flight schema changes.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years on backend or distributed systems
• At least a year leading a team (formal or informal)
• Experience running production systems, on-call, incidents, SLAs
• Strong Java or another JVM language
• Production experience with Kafka and Kubernetes
• Real experience with multi-tenant systems, high availability, or data at volume
