Technical Leader-SCADA/HMI - Cybersecurity - Network Equipment

📋 Description

• Lead technical project activities from design through commissioning ensuring quality and alignment
• Serve as primary technical interface with customers and project teams
• Participate in project risk reviews, manage engineering effort and resources
• Analyze specifications, develop documentation, validate solutions with customers
• Define and specify SCADA/HMI, cybersecurity systems, and network equipment
• Lead Factory Acceptance Tests and provide technical support

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years experience in Digital Protection & Control or Energy Management Solutions
• Experience with grid automation, SCADA/HMI, cybersecurity, network equipment
• Knowledge of IEC 61850, industrial communication protocols, and firewalls
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Fluent English and ability to travel 30% in US and Canada
