Technical Manager (Asset Integrity & Statutory Inspection)

📋 Description

• Provide technical leadership and oversight across statutory inspections, asset integrity, and
• Act as the go-to technical expert for inspection methodologies, standards, procedures, and
• Ensure inspection activities are delivered in line with relevant standards, legislation, client
• Support and guide inspectors in making sound, risk-based decisions on asset integrity and
• Lead technical training, mentoring, and competency development initiatives across the inspection
• Develop career pathways and succession plans for inspectors and key technical disciplines

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in asset integrity, statutory inspection, pressure equipment, piping
• Strong knowledge of relevant Australian Standards, API standards, and industry best practices
• Experience working within accredited inspection environments and quality management systems
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop technical teams
• Sound engineering judgement and the confidence to make risk-based, evidence-driven decisions
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
