🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience managing and leading engineering teams
• Hands-on experience in React and React Native ecosystems
• Track record of leading technical projects from conception to deployment
• Understanding of distributed systems, Micro Frontends, BFF (Node.js), REST APIs, GraphQL
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities
• Strong communication skills in Portuguese and English
