Technical Product Manager

📋 Description

• Own the full product cycle for new ventures from discovery to launch and iteration.
• Translate founder vision and advisor input into clear specs and working software.
• Build AI-first: use agentic coding tools with engineering rigor to review and test outputs.
• Make architecture decisions: data models, integrations, infra tradeoffs.
• Validate before building: prototypes, user testing, founder/customer conversations.
• Ensure production quality: QA, debugging, monitoring, reliability.

🎯 Requirements

• Engineering degree (CS preferred) and scientific mindset.
• 5+ years as a software engineer shipping user-facing products; full-stack preferred.
• 2+ years in Product Management, owning discovery, prioritization, and delivery.
• AI-native workflow: daily use of agentic coding tools and product built with them.
• Startup experience; comfortable with ambiguity and fast pace.
• Proficient English; based in Latin America.
