Technical Product Manager

📋 Description

• Senior Product Manager for EHR Integrations owning Nabla’s integration workflows
• Design end-to-end clinical workflows inside EHRs (APIs, FHIR, launches, data models)
• Go onsite with clients to observe EHR navigation and inform product decisions
• Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Customer Success, and Enterprise teams
• Define vision, strategy, and roadmap for EHR integrations across platforms
• Own metrics and priorities to improve adoption and integration reliability

🎯 Requirements

• 6–10 years of product management experience, healthtech or regulated industry
• Track record shipping products with complex integrations (APIs, platforms, partners)
• Strong systems thinking and UX judgment
• Deep user empathy for clinician workflows; willingness to travel onsite
• Exceptional collaboration and communication; able to align multiple squads
• Location: Brooklyn, NY office; in-office-first role with US travel
