📋 Description

• Ship multiple B2B SaaS or AI features from idea to production within the last 12 months
• Prototype ideas using tools such as Figma, Lovable, v0, Claude, Cursor, Replit, or code
• Write clear specifications that engineers can implement without repeated clarification meetings
• Understand and manage APIs, integrations, data models, authentication, and failure states
• Personally test releases to ensure they meet quality standards before considering them complete
• Engage in customer calls to gather feedback and reproduce bugs effectively

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a first Product Manager, early product hire, or startup Product Manager
• Proven track record in AI product management or technical product management
• Background as a former founder or engineer who transitioned into product management
• Strong understanding of product delivery and customer outcomes over mere backlog throughput
• Hands-on experience with prototyping and testing tools
• Ability to write clear and concise documentation for engineering teams
