• Write precise specifications for field mapping, conflicts, and errors.
• Enable the Field: partner with Writers and Sales to create field guides for enterprise deals.

🎯 Requirements

• REST, OAuth, SCIM expert; webhook reliability & data gaps.
• Hands-on with Postman; sandbox APIs; prototype sync flows.
• Precision Architect: craft clear, unambiguous specs.
• Metric-Minded Leader: SLOs and ARR for exec decisions.
• SaaS Savant: 4+ years in Technical PM or Integration Eng; HCM/LMS familiarity.
• Commercial Navigator: know which integrations protect revenue.
