Technical Product Owner, AI-Directed Development

📋 Description

• Own the day-to-day health and growth of the CBT Nuggets website and Assessments platform without
• Direct AI coding agents through the full change lifecycle: specification, implementation, review
• Read every diff critically and find over-claims in agent summaries before a reviewer does
• Turn product intent into precise written specifications AI agents can execute without guessing
• Keep operator documentation true; every change that alters behavior updates documentation in the
• Investigate production incidents from logs, metrics, and the database, and write up what happened

🎯 Requirements

• Five or more years in IT or software roles involving production systems (systems administration
• At least one year directing AI coding agents (Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or equivalent) to ship
• Two or more years of product ownership or technical product management
• Demonstrated evidence of discipline: verify claims against the system, not the document
• Fluency as an operator in GitHub (pull requests, CI, branch protection, merge conflicts
• Clear, plain written English; short sentences; no hedging
