Technical Program Manager

📋 Description

• Lead technical discovery sessions with prospects and customers to identify needs and align use
• Deliver compelling demos, architecture diagrams, and documentation that support sales conversations
• Translate business and technical requirements into actionable solution proposals and implementation
• Develop and maintain reusable demo environments, solution artifacts, and objection handling
• Work with Product and Engineering teams to provide prospect feedback and ensure solution feasibility
• Partner with Customer Success and Support teams to ensure smooth implementation handoffs

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in a Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Account Manager role within a
• Industry experience with eCommerce, PSPs, payment orchestration, or payment platforms
• Background in payments, card-not-present commerce, fraud, or gateways preferred
• Strong knowledge of APIs, SDKs, and system integration principles (especially REST and webhooks)
• Familiarity with scripting or backend programming (Python, Ruby, or JavaScript a plus)
• Experience collaborating with Sales and Product teams on enterprise deals
