Technical Program Manager

📋 Description

• Own complex technical programs across VoIP, UCaaS, CCaaS platforms, cloud services, customer-facing
• Translate product, customer, and engineering objectives into structured plans with clear
• Coordinate execution across Engineering, Product, QA, Network Operations, DevOps/SRE, Security
• Develop sufficient technical understanding of the systems being managed to collaborate effectively
• Manage platform upgrades, software releases, infrastructure migrations, customer deployments
• Identify technical and organizational dependencies, risks, bottlenecks, and competing priorities

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in technical program management, engineering program management, software or
• Demonstrated success independently leading technically complex, cross-functional programs involving
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, APIs, distributed systems, cloud
• Ability and willingness to learn unfamiliar technologies deeply enough to understand architecture
• Experience managing software releases, infrastructure migrations, integrations, production
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to establish structure
