Technical Program Manager, AI Tooling

📋 Description

• Translate the Product Manager's roadmap and prioritized outcomes into integrated program plans
• Manage execution of the Internal AI Tooling roadmap across technical teams and business stakeholders
• Operationalize a transparent intake and routing process so requests have a defined problem
• Establish and facilitate lightweight planning and execution cadences, including program reviews
• Maintain an integrated view of dependencies, risks, issues, assumptions, and decisions, driving
• Coordinate security reviews, legal and procurement milestones, data dependencies, vendor

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of technical program management, or technical delivery experience in a cloud, SaaS
• Demonstrated experience leading complex programs across Product, Engineering, Security, Legal
• A track record of translating product roadmaps into integrated plans, milestones, dependencies
• Technical fluency with enterprise systems, APIs, integrations, data flows, platform dependencies
• Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and influencing skills, with the ability
