📋 Description

• Lead an integrated robot platform program from charter through development, industrialization
• Own the integrated program plan against the agreed scope, including the baseline, milestones
• Align work across hardware, software, industrialization, supply chain, certification, quality
• Work through functional leaders and named workstream owners to establish clear responsibilities
• Identify risks and cross-functional trade-offs early, bringing forward practical options with their
• Drive evidence-based program reviews and consolidated delivery readiness across quality

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience leading complex technical programs in robotics, autonomous systems
• Proven experience shipping a certified, volume-manufactured mechatronic product and leading it
• Strong engineering foundation in mechanical, electrical, mechatronic, robotics, systems engineering
• Technical depth to understand system architecture, challenge senior technical specialists and
• Strong command of program-planning methods, critical-path management, structured
• Practical experience across product cost, industrialization, manufacturing, supply chain, quality
