📋 Description

• Drive the New Terminal Introduction (NTI) Program: drive full product readiness ownership for new
• Bridge Gaps & Silos: oversee and drive alignment across multiple internal teams, from software
• Mitigate Risk: identify and resolve technical, compliance, and logistical risks early, especially
• Improve the Process: refine the NTI process after every launch so each rollout runs cleaner than
• Technical Debt & Modernization: coordinate legacy-system deprecation and upgrade milestones
• Operational Artifacts: build and maintain RAID logs, milestone dashboards, hardware launch

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced launching complex physical products at scale, across suppliers, supply chain, and
• A genuine problem-solver; comfortable with curveballs; you push people toward decisions rather than
• Technically fluent enough to move independently; functional understanding of POS terminal
• A systems thinker with strong judgment; you synthesize dependencies and trade-offs across teams
• Someone who uses data to drive alignment, not just report it; you've built and run RAID logs and
