Experience defining platform or developer metrics: baselines, targets, instrumentation, and
Experience enabling shared components through SDK-style or innersource models, including versioning
Proven ability to lead without authority across engineering, product, UX, and security.
Strong planning discipline: dependency mapping, risk tracking, capacity awareness.
